| UPS and FEdex delivery problems |
| Receive important notifications from UPS: As of this day, according to the relevant terms and conditions of UPS, all UPS shipments will be transferred to the sender for payment of customs duties or other charges when they arrive at the local customs clearance. If the recipient fails to pay or refuses to pay the relevant charges, UPS will transfer the customs duties or other charges to the sender, regardless of whether the shipment is ultimately signed, destroyed or returned. The sender shall be ultimately responsible for all duties and other customs related charges issued by UPS official bills. Please refer to Page 30 -- Payment Details for the link https://www.ups.com/assets/resources/webcontent/zh_HK/service_guide_hk.pdf Again, as with the previous notice; According to Clause 8 of the Shipper's Account Agreement and FEDEX's standard Shipping terms, if the shipper instructs the recipient or three parties to pay, FEDEX will deliver the goods first and charge the other parties later. In the event FEDEX does not receive payment, Shipper shall remain unconditionally responsible for the payment of all expenses, including, but not limited to, freight, possible surcharges, handling charges, customs duties and duties estimated (including fees paid by FEDEX in advance for Shipper), government penalties, taxes, FEDEX attorney's fees and legal fees arising from litigation. Therefore, please inform the recipient that they must timely follow up after the delivery of the goods and pay attention to the relevant fees. If the fees are transferred back to the sender's account due to non-payment of fees, the fees issued will be borne by your company without prior notice. Please pay attention to this clause before shipment, shipment will be regarded as a default of the above terms, no disputes. |
