| The export packing inspection of shipping dangerous goods in 2017 |

Competent authority The local commodity inspection bureau is responsible for the supervision and administration of the inspection of the packing of dangerous goods in the region and handling the performance appraisal and use of the export dangerous goods. 2. Production inspection of packing container The factory that manufactures containers for the export of dangerous goods by sea shall register with the commodity inspection authorities. Manufacturer must, as required by the regulations of the international crisis group of dangerous goods packaging production, establish inspection system, equipped with test personnel and test equipment, strengthen quality management and product inspection work. The production factory shall apply for the performance appraisal to the inspection agency on the basis of the qualified inspection of the packaging container. Application should provide packaging container of product standards, technical process and factory inspection results, in the commodity inspection authorities for a regular appraisal period, manufacturer if you want to change the product standard and processing technology, should be timely to apply to the commodity inspection authorities. The packaging containers produced by the production plant must be cast or marked with the name and batch number of the manufacturer approved by the commodity inspection authorities. The manufacturer may apply for inspection marks to the commodity inspection authorities for the stable performance and the packaging containers required by the international safety regulations. 3. Inspection of packing containers For the use of packing containers in dangerous goods production plants, they shall apply to the commodity inspection authorities for approval. The name, nature and category of the export dangerous goods shall be specified in the application. The manufacturer of dangerous goods shall have the certificate of performance appraisal of the packing vessel issued by the commodity inspection authorities, and the packing containers shall be used according to the requirements of the international standard. The packing containers that are prepared by foreign businessmen, such as a certificate of performance appraisal, are in conformity with the requirements of the international rules and regulations. When the plastic container or inner paint container is full of liquid dangerous goods, the manufacturer of dangerous goods must obtain the result of chemical compatibility test, which can be used by the claimant. The packing and identification of dangerous goods The commodity inspection authorities shall, by applying for the packing and identification of dangerous goods shipped by sea, issue a certificate of identification. Identification project: performance appraisal and use identification. The commodity inspection agency shall handle the inspection of the packing, and shall adopt different methods such as batch inspection, regular inspection and irregular sampling according to different conditions and requirements.
